Standard Shipping

au.tommy.com offers free standard shipping via Australia Post eParcel on all orders of AUD$100 or more (after discounts have been applied) within Australia. For orders below AUD$100, a shipping rate of AUD$7.95 applies. Delivery times are quoted from when your order leaves our warehouse.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

If no one is present to accept your delivery, the parcel will be dropped at your local post office for collection.

How do I track my order?

When we have dispatched your order, you will receive a shipping notification email with a link to to track your order's progress. You will also receive an SMS message when your order is out for delivery with the driver.
